Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to lead and manage project execution modules bringing in technical, functional, process or other core ERP product created expertise. Should be able to lead small cross functional teams to ensure delivery and effectively coordinate between onsite an offshore.

Skills and Job Requirements

-->UML(L3)-1) Must be able to create detailed design from requirement to coding phaseusing UML tools.and ensure good amount of Tool generated code. 2) Technicallyguide the implementation team throughout the SDLC. 3)Understand Design Patternsand able to do refactoring

-->OOAD and Design Patterns(L4)-OOAD+Design Pattern 1. Has used at least 2 patterns from each of theCreational, Structural and Behavioural category in real life projectsuccessfully. 2.
